mercure hotel in the mountains was a perfect getaway for our family. the pool slides were a hit with our son, and the outdoor restaurant had stunning views of the mountains. the service from the supervisor and lifeguard was excellent, and the receptionist, mr manish, went above and beyond to fulfill our room requirements. the holiday vibe and the "white christmas" feel in december made the stay even more special. the food, especially the shish tawook and biryani, was delightful, and vikum at the front desk made our check-out smooth and pleasant.

I chose Mercure for its location near Jabal Hafeet. Pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wireless Internet access, and Le Belvedere served delicious food with a great view of Al Ain City at night.

Great mountain views, clean rooms, amazing breakfast, beautiful pool with slides and grass.
Felt very happy, no complaints whatsoever.
